This was the game board for the Monopoly mod. The basic property slots aren't in there because we were thinking of a 'cleaner' way of selecting them (VGUI, perhaps). The player's view would orbit around the board's origin.

The godrays are vol_light models. For the Left 4 Dead version I desaturated the texture then changed the prop_static color FX.
Your Bank map is spectacular, especially for such a short timespan. How did you get the lightrays?
